Photo TallyPrivacy Policy

Simple photo counting, private by design

Your tally stays on your device.

Photo Tally is designed to count and organize photo-frame totals locally. The Service Provider does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal app use.

No account required No analytics tracking No server-side tally storage

01Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Photo Tally mobile application and related services operated by Cezary Patryk Powala, referred to in this policy as the Service Provider.

02Information we collect

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required, and Photo Tally does not create a remote user account or cloud profile.

03Information kept locally

Photo counts, saved entries, history, statistics and preferences may be stored in the Application’s private storage on your device so that the app can display your totals and history. This local information is not collected by the Service Provider.

Saved locally on this device

04How local information is used

Local information is used only to provide Photo Tally features on your device, such as showing daily counts, saved entries, history, activity summaries, statistics, sorting and app preferences.

05Network activity

If the Application is used while your device has an active internet connection, ordinary technical protocol information such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to support network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this information or use it for tracking.

06Location

Photo Tally does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

07Third parties

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share Photo Tally user data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

08Data Retention

The Service Provider does not retain your Photo Tally personal data on external servers because the Application does not collect or upload that personal data through normal use. There is therefore no server-side retention period for your saved entries, photo counts, history, statistics or preferences. Any locally stored information remains on your device only for as long as you choose to keep it.

No remote retention of your tally data

09Data Deletion

Because the Service Provider does not keep your Photo Tally personal data on external servers, there is normally no remote account or cloud profile to delete. You can delete saved entries using available in-app controls, clear locally stored app data through your device settings, or uninstall the Application to remove locally stored app data under your control.

Deletion is controlled from your device

10Information you voluntarily provide

If you contact the Service Provider directly and voluntarily provide personal information outside normal app use, that information is separate from Photo Tally’s normal operation. You may request deletion of such information by contacting the Service Provider at the email address below.

11Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through normal app use.

12Security

Not collecting personal data on external servers reduces exposure, but no device or software environment can be guaranteed completely secure. The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it may hold outside normal app use.

13Data breach notification

Because Photo Tally does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a server-side breach affecting your app data is minimal. If a breach involves information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, you will be notified where required by applicable law.

14Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy with a revised effective date and, where required by law, obtaining consent before those changes take effect.

15Your consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider outside normal app use and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

16Contact

For privacy questions or deletion requests concerning information you voluntarily provided outside normal app use, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].
